L’independent de Gràcia highlights the search for 10 new BACacollida families
BarcelonaActua opened the doors of its BACstation Gràcia shelter to celebrate the event “Acollim junts!” (“Let’s host together!”) and present the BACacollida Families programme, which helps ensure that BACstation students and volunteers are able to create bonds by housing them directly with a family.
The report highlighted the yearning felt by some BAC students to benefit from the warmth of a family home, the constant support and accompaniment provided by the Foundation during the hosting process and the testimony of a few BACacollida families and their students.
